Salt is currently recruiting on behalf of our customer which specialize in Technology services. Our client is keen to grow their freindly team in 2022 by hiring Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants with immideate effect to support on a remote basis.
Key skills we are looking for:
- Experience as a functional consultant with 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management.
- Expertise in at least 3 - 4 modules across Global HR, Talent Management, Learning Management, Recruitment Cloud, Workforce Compensation and Benefits and HR Help Desk
- End to End implementation experience of Oracle Human Capital Management modules
- Preferred experience with supporting/managing HR functions such as Benefits, Talent or HR Generalist.
- Good understanding and knowledge of localization requirements like taxation, statutory and reporting requirements, government regulations related to Human Capital.
