MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Distribution Technology & Operations team to gather project related information from both the wider internal business teams and 3rd parties (Service Providers, Affiliates and Technology Suppliers). This includes the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Forms and Lucidchart - 30%
- Work with the Portfolio Delivery Group to support project related tasks and where required lead the onboarding of new and existing linear customers to new distribution mechanisms. This includes the use of Microsoft PowerPoint - 30%
- Play a key role in project related communication of issues between our affiliates, Portfolio Delivery, Technical and Distribution Operational teams. Lead the initial technical operations triage efforts as they arise on projects.

- Create documentation throughout the life cycle of projects, this includes workflow, process, and technical high-level drawings.

QUANTITATIVE INFORMATION
Responsible for supporting the Distribution Technology & Operations and Project Portfolio Groups throughout the implementation of projects. This will include coordination information gathering and planning with global affiliates, service providers and technology suppliers ensuring alignment and clear communication of our intensions and expectations.
Supporting the delivery of multi-million dollar projects.
PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experiance in a similar Analyst/Project Manager/Coordinator position
- Experiance of project management experience
- Proven in working on large scale projects with multiple customers
- Excellent problem solving and people skills.
- Outstanding oral & written communication skills.
- High level understanding of satellite and fiber video transport
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Technical experience of Broadcast and video distribution
- Knowledge of linear broadcast environments
- Media operations experience
- PMP, Program Management experience a plus
- Experience working with datacenters and cross-connects
- Experience working on Satellite channel migrations
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/TRAINING, LICENSING, OR CERTIFICATION
Certification in Project Management or Programme Management or at experience in a similar position
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and big Data gathering/sorting
Technical certifications
PMP or equivalent
