Role: Solution Architect - Machine Learning
Location: Utrecht area
Onsite/remote: currently remote, as soon as restrictions lift 3 days per week onsite

Are you an experienced solution architect with a passion for Machine Learning? Do you enjoy working closely with the business and your stakeholders, to take a real life use case from problem to solution using Machine Learning?
Our client is an international business with a dynamic and innovative environment, who are continuously improving and automating their processes to become an agile company able to adapt to their customers needs on a daily basis.
Within this client, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced solution architect to join the team on a long term mission (initial contract until 31.05, extension up to 3 years). In this role you will be responsible for discovering and analysing use cases for ML solutions, create the blue prints for this solution and work with several teams of developers to make the solution happen in reality. Therefore experience with data pipelines in production is a requirement to this role, as is a solid understanding of GDPR and other privacy requirements when it comes to customer data.
As a Solution Architect you can further develop your vision, knowledge and insights by participating in solution architecture forums and discussion within the company, be it via Zoom, chat groups in Slack or whatsapp.
For this role, you have experience with:
- Technical platforms and tools such as AWS, Hive, Airflow and Pyspark as well as REST API's
- Machine learning solutions, cloud & big data experience
- Any experience with Tableau and Snowflake is a plus but not a must
