Strategic Data Project Manager
Location: Remote
Contract: Inside IR35
Day rate: Up to £440
Duration: 6 months
Start date: ASAP
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in project management of data to support informed decision making for a large-scale rail programmes which incorporates multiple stakeholders, systems, and data sources to understand the enterprise level data architecture, identify any opportunities for improving the sharing of data, processing of data outputs and automation.
It is equally important to ensure the environment within which the data sits meet business requirements (functional and non-functional), aligns with business processes and standards, is scalable with business growth and can evolve equally across the estate with technological advancements.
Projects within the Portfolio have project managers assigned to deliver the outputs and outcomes associated with their objectives however there is a strong requirement to understand, and project manage the holistic view and strategic direction of data use at a level above these projects.
You would in essence provide project leadership across the whole Portfolio, ensure data supports the overall strategic direction and projects can achieve their objectives to time, cost and quality.
