Reporting into Customer Communications Manager
An accomplished Marketing Analyst with Direct marketing campaign execution (Direct Mail and email) end to end process experience is required for a 6 month contract in Warwickshire with home working.
Role
- To implement the plan for direct marketing activity online and offline using new and existing systems and processes, targeting key segments and supporting strategic and business objectives
- To ensure delivery of post campaign analysis, interpretation of these results with clear recommendations for future campaign enhancements and test and learns
- To project manage the end to end direct marketing campaign process across channels including direct mail, email and outbound calling ensuring it is aligned to business objectives and capacity
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues to deliver the planned activity on time, to target, on budget and to quality and regulatory standards
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- CIM or IDM Diploma or equivalent experience
Experience
- Significant experience of successful end to end delivery and implementation direct marketing campaigns
- Essential - Direct marketing campaign execution (Direct Mail and email) end to end process experience
- Desirable - experience of implementing and working with a CRM system in a multi channel environment
- CRM database experience desirable
- Experience in a financial services marketing role
