Description

Craig Marsh is a Real Estate Agent and Frederick, Maryland native who grew up in the real estate industry. Marsh Realty was started in 1978 by his father and has been an integral part of the real estate community in Frederick County. Craig is passionate about helping others make sound investment decisions, achieving their goals, and building lifelong relationships. About the role

You will directly support Craig as he continues to build his business by managing 10-20 transactions at a time, each with the utmost professionalism, service, and care. This involves creating listing presentations, drafting contracts, scheduling vendors, scheduling showings, open houses, and broker opens, providing feedback to the seller, and coordinating incoming offers. You will also serve as Craig's 'right hand', taking ownership of the database, calendar, email management, and client appreciation programs.

Without prompting, you take the initiative you create, revise, or implement systems, policies, and procedures.

The experience we are looking for

We are looking for a career Real Estate Administrator with prior experience in a similar role, such as Listing Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, or Transaction Coordinator.


  • MUST have 2-3 years of real estate assistant experience
  • You must be tech-savvy, familiar with a wide range of CRMs, the MLS, MD real estate contracts, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite inclusive of Excel. 

The Nitty-Gritty

Salary: $65k-$85k commensurate with experience, plus a bonus 

Hours: 9-6 40+ hours M-F, with flexibility from time to time 

Benefits: PTO, medical stipend 

Location: Work from Home or Work from the Office; Fredrick, MD. You must have a personal vehicle you can use for work, carry insurance, and have a valid driver's license.
