Power Property Management is a growing property management company located in the Culver City area of L.A. The company operates from a set of core values that dictate everything they do. These values are reliability, creativity, dedication, teamwork, respect, trust, and quality. You couldn't ask for a better employer.

A little bit about the role

Working from the office headquarters in Culver City, California, you will maintain and build upon systems and procedures as you support the Property Portfolio Manager and the company owner. Part of your daily responsibilities will include managing tenants' communications, assisting with property and construction needs, and resolving tenant escalations by working with the maintenance team while providing excellent customer service.

You will also assist with construction projects by sourcing materials, price shopping, working with suppliers and vendors on deliveries, various research tasks, stage properties for lease, and assisting a small team of leasing agents to ensure vacancies are rented promptly. You will keep track of invoicing and expenses, write checks, prepare mail, and assist the bookkeeper and CPA in providing quarterly reports. In addition, you will assist with the due diligence for the purchase or sale of investment properties.
