Innovation Coach- Amsterdam, NL- Start ASAP- 6 months+
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Innovation Coach for a position with our client located near Amsterdam, NL.
As an Innovation Coach you will have a clear focus on creating and executing a culture of digital innovation. You will be responsible for scouting and assessing potential new projects, organizing a team around these new initiatives, setting up best practices and to assess and gather data around communications, events, community building.
Requirements for the Innovation Coach:
- 5+ years' experience working in similar capacity
- Experienced with building communities
- Pat time spent in designing and facilitating innovation workshops
- Comfortable with facilitation and organization of events in real life as well as virtually
- Bring and able to maintain a solution focused mindset, look for options and alternatives to get things moving forward
- Excellent communication, organization skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience, engaging with and influencing others
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including planning, estimating, resource allocation and internal partner management
- Background or experience with Copywriting, training, facilitation, or events management are a plus
- Candidates should be based in the EU or UK
