Contract opportunity for an ERP IT Trainer with a global organization. In this role he/she will be responsible for development and delivery of ERP training.
Outside IR35
Some work can be remote but for the month of July will need to be onsite for Go Live
Key skills and experience sought:
- Develop learning materials, tools and support materials to be used by the business
- Ensure materials are developed in line with the Training Needs Analysis
- Work closely with both business and functional teams to ensure the material created to meet the needs of the business
- Deliver training as required via a range of methods, to include remote (via teams), classroom and 1-2-1 settings
- Ensure all sessions are interactive as well as engaging for all attendee
- Adhere to the Training Approach Documents
- Offer support to delegates during the initial rollout phase
- Update materials as required in line with changes identified by the Business Readiness Team
- Experienced Training professional with multiple experiences training in large-scale ERP transformations
- Dynamic and positive personality, able to quickly establish relationships and credibility both delegates and senior stakeholders
- Good knowledge of ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement and Projects
- Previous experience with Oracle (on-premise or Cloud) is a definite advantage
- Practical hands-on approach
