Senior CRM Executive
Initial 3-month contract
Up to £200p/d - Outside IR35
I am looking for an ambitious CRM Executive with 2+ years' experience, to join one of the UK's largest commercial radio companies. The Senior CRM Exec will sit in the Central Marketing team and work across the different radio stations.
As Senior CRM Exec you will report into the CRM Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day management of brand communications, including producing weekly newsletters, executing CRM campaigns and post-campaign reporting.
Role and responsibilities
- Be responsible for day-to-day management of brand communications and raise any issues to CRM Manager
- Experience of building targeted campaigns, analysing performance and metrics and providing post-campaign analysis to partners
- Support the CRM manager in executing brand-led multi-channel CRM strategies which includes email communications, push and in-app
- Guidance and instruction on email best practice and legislative compliance to interactive, programming, marketing, and commercial teams
- Campaign effectiveness and performance reporting
