About
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a challenging and dynamic team of project and process consultants to help the team become even more mature and structured!
What are you going to do?You will be responsible for large projects and process optimizations related to IT system/landscape, and you are the one who plans and start the chang risk assessment process to reduce or avoid risks. (50% of the time)
You will help the team manager to set up a new standard within the team to improve projects and processes and transfer your knowledge to your colleagues and coach juniors on their hard and soft skills. (50% of the time)
An ideal profile would be
You are excellent at communicating in Dutch at work
At least on the bachelor's level of working and thinking
At least 5 years of experience in projects and/or process optimizations
Experience in a lead role, including project/program manager
Extensive knowledge of and experience with change processes, change management, and project management
Knowledge of the IT landscape and IT systems
Nice-to-have skills
Experience in working in the Agile environment
