Experience in Retail and/or Supply chain domain & Agile?methodology?is an advantage.?We are looking for a Product Specialist – with +6 yrs experience for the Delivery & Services Management product team.
The resource should be able to work on site in Amsterdam.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist IKEA in
Part of the Delivery & Services Management product team, focused on fulfilment area. Will work within DSM team on Delivery and
Services execution process/product with focus on current external platforms, their evaluation in the truck delivery process for Last Mile,
Route planning, etc.
Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc
Experience in Retail and/or Supply chain domain
Expertise in one of the following functional areas and exposure to other functional areas: Some of the areas (not limited to) Delivery and
Services, Logistics, Route Planning, TMS platform evaluation, Last Mile, End to End fulfilment Order flow, eCommerce.
Experience in software development efforts through the entire project lifecycle especially in Agile methodology is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, this includes written and verbal communications, to handle different type of stakeholders.
Good stakeholder management.
Domain expertise.
Ability and experience to evaluate multiple transportation management systems- for niche capabilities.
Present findings with structure and clarity.
