Job Description: CAD/BIM Designer
Location: Gavle, Sweden
Duration: 6 months (With a possible extension)
Start Date: ASAP
For the role of a BIM designer, the tasks you would be required to do are:
. Produce a detailed accurate Model of piping/sprinkler systems using Autodesk Revit
. Experience using AutoCAD
. Produce Accurate detailed 2D sheets from the Revit model
. Collaborate and coordinate with all relevant trades
. Liaise with BIM lead and Site Engineers
. Model Brackets and supports in Revit
. Ensure the Modelling meets the required standards as set out in the BEP documentation
. Attend coordination meetings and liaise with trades
. Create Revit Families
. Run clash tests in Navisworks and produce reports
. Maintain documents to a relevant BIM standard
. A good understanding of mechanical services
. Revit experience
. Navisworks
. Ability to work as part of a Team and on own initiative
. Excellent Microsoft office knowledge
. Good time management
. Excellent communication Skills
. Experience in the delivery of LOD LOI
. Experience using FHC hydraulic calculation software is plus
