Our consultancy client are currently looking for a software licensing specialist to work on a major ServiceNow implementation for one of their clients. Working in a team as part of a customer facing Software Asset Management project a Business Analyst with good Software Licensing knowledge would also be considered.An appreciation of the Software Asset Management application in ServiceNow would be ideal but is not essential and the role would ideally suit someone who comes from a Consulting or Business Analyst in a Software Licensing discipline and worked as a Software Licensing specialist.
You will be working alongside the customer and discuss, understand and agree their internal processes and specific requirements relating to how they perform Software Licensing within their business. You will also have the confidence to refer requirements back for clarification if needed and advise on Best Practice' relating to Software Licensing processes.
Once the business processes, ownership and ways of working have been defined with the customer, you will be expected to work with the ServiceNow implementation team and define the requirements as stories in preparation for an Agile implementation by the ServiceNow team.
The role has been deemed to be inside of IR35 and will be home based with some travel needed to sites in Birmingham and London.
