My client is looking for a Compliance Manager to undergo a huge piece of work that will cover many different duties and responsibilities
These will include
Working to introduce policies and programmes to ensure the client's legal and ethical integrity.
Ensuring that the company adheres to the rules and regulations required, planning reports and discussing new rules and regulations with management.
Areas that will be covered will include
Project Management of compliance enhancements and developments
Corporate and regulatory Governance
Risk Management
Regulatory Compliance
Financial and change management
Internal/external audits
Internal Controls
Self-Assessment
Business transformation
