D365 Training Manager - F&O

A D365 F&O Training Manager is required by our Global IT MSP client for an initial 6 months Contract. The D365 ERP Training Manager will be responsible for ensuring upto 500 colleagues are capable and confident of using new systems and following new processes and ways of working.

£550 - £650 (Outside IR35)
Nottingham - 4-5 days onsite
You will be responsible for, and will have 'hands on' experience in, delivering formal programme outputs such as the Training Strategy and Training Needs Analysis documents.
Accountabilities:
Management, delivery and coordination of training
Defining a programme training strategy
Development and delivery of the training curriculum
Creation and delivery of training materials
Engaging with stakeholders to validate training
Partner/Supplier delivery coordination
Post-go live user support
Purpose of Role
Establish the training strategy and approach for the programme
Become the key point of contact for the MS D365 ERP and other in-scope systems implementations and associated build programmes across the business
Contribute to the development of the ongoing business release models and deployment models and service transition models (process, people and technology)
Transition the new MS D365 based and other in-scope deployments into the relevant BAU functions
Provide assurance and support that training activities are occurring to meet the agreed timetables
Experience
Experience of working within large-scale programs of change
Experience of working across a multi-divisional organisation
Experience of delivering training through multiple channels and formats and for multiple different user groups
Experience of delivering D365 F&O training, ideally across multiple functions and modules
Experience of leading teams to deliver successful learning outcomes and experiences
