Role Description:
One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Change Manager/Change Lead with background in indirect procurement.
This project will transform the organization model within the support teams, tighten cooperation across departments, standardize & simplify processes and technology and have a key focus on user experience.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Conduct 'Prepare Approach' change management assessments to understand the size, scale, complexity and risk of the change.
Work with the project/program team to:
- Ensure the change is defined and that it's clear what that means for future changes in ways of working for impacted groups.
- Identify impacted groups and assess how the change will impact them, their support needs (communications, sponsorship, coaching, training etc.) and where they are on their ADKAR journeys.
- Identify the Sponsor Coalition, assess their levels of support for the change and current ADKAR positions, and develop appropriate plans to enable them to fulfil their sponsorship roles.
- Identify other key stakeholders with a role in supporting the deployment of the change (such as Managers, Change Agent Network), assess their change capability and enable them to fulfil their change management roles.
