Property Accountant
Birmingham (Hybrid working)
3-6-month contracts
As a result of new client wins and sustained growth our client is looking to recruit a number of Property Accountants on a contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation where the likelihood of multiple extensions and a long term contract is high.
The purpose of this role is to provide a pro-active and professional service on all day-to-day aspects of property accounting to the client portfolio within the Asset Services department.
Necessary skills and qualifications:
- 2+ years of practical work experience in operation within property finance or Service Charge Accountancy environment which handles client's money.
- Experience in accounting and financial management disciplines
- Tax & Statutory Accounting Knowledge
