Incident Manager - DV Cleared
An experienced Incident Manager is required. Working and engaging across all areas within Service Operations to ensure the appropriate focus and technical resource is available to restore service within SLA to the customer.
Key responsibilities:
-Managing high priority major incidents up to Crisis Level
-Completing Post Incident Reports
-Engaging with Problem Management
-Chairing post incident reviews (working closely with Problem Management to aid Root Cause Analysis)
-Stakeholder Management
-Management of complex incidents
The contract will initially be for 6 months and will require 5 days per week on site.
