Project Manager HR - 12 month freelance contract - Brussels
One of our important clients is looking for a Project Manager HR for a 12-month contract in Brussels.
HR faces important challenges: to further digitize its processes while implementing a culture that fosters change, feedback and leadership.
After a first wave of digital implementation (implementation Successfactors) and the first waves of the culture implementation, other domains of HR need to be included in this digital transition.
To face these challenges, client is looking for a project manager to support the implementation of 3 key, strategic projects:
- Implementation of a tool to support the staffing of critical projects
- Implementation of a survey tool to support employee questionnaires
- Act as a (senior) PMO on the cultural change program (MAD)
Service description:
The project manager will be responsible for:
- Act as a senior PMO on the cultural change program, including project activities as well as change management activities
- Act as a coach to the junior project manager for the implementation of:
- Project to staff critical projects
- Project to implement a survey tool
- Identify & maintain key stakeholder relations to understand business needs and business impact at all levels (senior stakeholders, group level, IT, Finance)
- Ensure a constructive approach towards all stakeholders involved
- Be able to analyse scope and needs, while keeping a challenging mindset
Additional requirements:
- Excellent project management skills, preferably in an HR/culture environment/domain
- A good understanding of change management within the context of tool implementation and/or cultural change
- Affinity and understanding of HR tools is a plus
- Language: Dutch/English (fluently spoken) - French: minimal understanding needed
