Fraud Analyst
Contract Length: 6 months
Status: Inside IR35
Daily rate: £450.00
What you'll do:
- Our Threat Intelligence and Counter Fraud team are here to ensure protection.
- You'll provide proactive and reactive intelligence and counter fraud support to the Digital Identity Programme in an agile manner.
- In this role, you'll play a vital role in managing and preparing intelligence assessments, counter fraud analysis, as well as identifying intelligence gaps that require collection.
As a Fraud Analyst you'll:
- aggregate and analyse fraud data from a variety of sources arising during the Identity proofing process
- raise fraud analysis (Service investigations) tickets with Second Line Support, connected Services and IDPs when required
- update/Iterate, manage and maintain the Zendesk ticketing process
- analyse fraud data and interpret trends to feed into the UK's identity threat intelligence
- work with the Privacy Team and Legal to ensure that the appropriate DPIAs and
We're interested in people who:
- are experienced working in an Agile environment as part of a multidisciplinary team and working with delivery teams
- have well-developed analytical skills to understand counter fraud and fraud intelligence threats
- are experienced or willing to learn in the collecting and analysing of open source intelligence
- have experience working in either a data analysis role or role related to counter fraud analysis
