Insurance Business Consultant
My Client is a leading Insuretech with offices across Europe.
They are seeking a well established Insurance Business Consultant to join their team, to be based remotely, with travel to Eindhoven in the Netherlands at least a few times a month. This will be a 6 month contract initially with good potential to extend. The role will be INSIDE IR35.
You must have worked in the insurance industry, and can lead both the client change activities and work within an IT project to effect IT changes that meet the Business transformation outcomes.
Knowledge across the full policy life cycle is important and candidates must have prior consulting experience
You will need to your extensive experience and insurance knowledge to guide activities and help shape the business process to meet the product capabilities preparing solution designs.
Essential Experience for the successful Insurance Business Consultant
- Extensive experience in a strategy or consulting role delivering digital transformation projects in to insurance clients.
- INSIS/Policy Admin knowledge would be highly desirable, but insurance system experience is essential.
- In depth understanding of business models and business model transformation
- Excellent portfolio and project experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels including CxO
Please note candidates must be willing to travel to the client in Eindhoven regularly- at least a few times a month. The rest of your role can be based fully remotely.
