Description
Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Change Lead to join our client's large transformation program. This is a long-term engagement that you can do predominantly remotely.
Change Lead requirements:
- Good experience and skills in Change Management
- Experience in at least one large transformation program
- Experience in SAP Programs is appreciated
- Experience with teaching end-to-end processes
- Certifications like PROSCI or ADKAR are a plus but not a must
- Spanish speaking
Change Lead details:
- Start: Ideally 17th of October 2022
- Location: Mostly remote (1 week per month on-site)
- Duration: 6 months with extension
