Trust in Soda are partnered with a leader in the Insurance industry as they search for a Project Manager SME within Business Strategy & Profitability within the Insurance industryThis position requires a true specialist to analyse a whole area of a mission critical area of their business, you will be reviewing how the strategy, profitability & management of this business area interact
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse how business strategy, profitability and pricing interact, whilst providing reviews into profitability and pricing models used
- You will develop profitability metrics and any consequential changes in pricing models.
- Ultimately you will create system where strategy, profitability and pricing work together
Essential Experience:
- Extensive experience in Business and Operational development
- Experience from working within the Life insurance industry
- Strong demonstrated experience in creating models as business models, strategies, profitability models and acutarial models
- Basic understanding of life assurance technology, mission management, business strategy and change management with strength
- Ability and experience of leading a cross-functional teams with different working approaches
- Proven ability to challenge existing models and thought patterns
- Quickly familiarise oneself with new methods, models, internal regulations and complex relationships.
- Ability to make complex relationships and ways of working understandable and communicable to the wider team
