Description
Business Intelligence Analyst will support the design and implementation of the performance information framework that will monitor the delivery of national, regional and local targets.
This will involve interpreting national policies and guidance and ensuring that IT systems and processes work effectively in producing the information required for internal monitoring and external regulation purposes.
The person will need to hit the ground running and:
as a provider of business intelligence, the jobholder is expected to understand the nature of the business and to present analysis in a clear, concise and relevant format.
experience in Information management and business reporting to improve and develop services experience and knowledge of Framework-i
advanced knowledge of Relational Databases, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
advanced knowledge of reporting tools such as Business Objects or Crystal Report
an understanding of Equal Opportunities and Valuing Diversity initiatives and ability to translate this into practice
