- CEO involvement from Microsoft (Satya)
- Combination of bespoke build activities across Data, Analytics, M365, alongside Data Centre Migration activities (which account for 50% of the work)
- Close Product Group engagement
- Initial 2-year term
- Agile Delivery (Microsoft keen to truly adopt principles)
- Work across multi-discipline, multi-divisional teams
