HR Change Manager

For one of my global clients (Top Tier Investment Bank) I am looking for a HR Change Manager to work on contract with long-term potential. The role will be hybrid working in Glasgow. Broadly the purpose of this role is to support the delivery and embedding of change for an HR Transformation Programme; impacting colleagues across HR and the organisation.

  • Contract role with competitive daily rate
  • Hybrid working - Glasgow plus WFH

Required Skills:

  • Ability to engage with change recipients, understand their needs, create and/or execute plans for successful delivery of the change
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work across multiple work stream, division and geography
  • Strong team working skills, including working effectively within a remote team
  • Project management experience - understand and have experience of influencing project delivery planning and phasing
  • Knowledge of working within HR processes and systems
