HR Change Manager
For one of my global clients (Top Tier Investment Bank) I am looking for a HR Change Manager to work on contract with long-term potential. The role will be hybrid working in Glasgow. Broadly the purpose of this role is to support the delivery and embedding of change for an HR Transformation Programme; impacting colleagues across HR and the organisation.

- Hybrid working - Glasgow plus WFH
Required Skills:
- Ability to engage with change recipients, understand their needs, create and/or execute plans for successful delivery of the change
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Ability to work across multiple work stream, division and geography
- Strong team working skills, including working effectively within a remote team
- Project management experience - understand and have experience of influencing project delivery planning and phasing
- Knowledge of working within HR processes and systems
