Service Delivery Manager
South London/Remote - Hybrid working.
£450 - £500 per day (Outside IR35)
Initial 6-Month Contract

Our client provides services in the cloud and security to highly secure Government departments. As part of a sizeable re-platforming program, the client is transitioning many Legacy services from on-prem to Cloud hosted technology.
We are recruiting for an SC Cleared Service Delivery Manager who has experience in AWS cloud migration projects within the public sector.
Mostly remote (90%) with occasional travel to South London

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and managing AWS cloud platform support functions to ensure optimal service.
  • Taking ownership of high priority incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
  • Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
  • Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery Performance and Quality Management.
  • Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades.
  • Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery.
  • Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange.

Additional Skills:

  • Must be SC Cleared
  • Experience of ServiceNow
  • Experience and knowledge of Service Management Framework
  • Experience running a 24x7x365 service management function including:
    • Staffing levels
    • Ways of Working
    • Change Management
    • Continuity Management
    • Incident Management
    • Service Improvement
  • Evidence of Cloud knowledge including SaaS, IaaS and PaaS.
  • Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
