Freelance Scrum Master Lead & Agile Coach- Netherlands - Initial contract till end of 2023, with long terms expectations
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for freelance Scrum master Lead and Agile Coach to join an exciting project with my client within the food manufacturing Industry. The suitable candidate must be people-focused; Empathetic, courageous, open and energetic with a natural tendency to servant leadership.
Requirements:
- 5+ year's experience working an Agile Project manager/Scrum master
- Strong and demonstratable experience as a Project manager
- Great communication skills, Proactive, Get things done attitude
- Must possess strong communication skills with advanced organisational skills
- Experience managing 2 teams plus managing business requirements and setting up processes.
- Dutch would be a big advantage.
- Willingness to come on site 1-2 days per week, North Holland.
