Our client's consumer product team would like to seek the support of a Senior Architecture lead as a supplement to the current product team that leads the development of CX Acceleration Capability Map, Solution design.
The role of this individual would be to lead the review of each of the priority systems in the CX stack along with the capabilities needed and identify any technology gaps, but also the integration potential of the existing systems towards a design, develop both the high level and medium level designs. and backlog for a solution that will inform the development priorities of the existing product & engineering team.
The desire is to get to a tech stack that has an integrated approach that will enable and deliver consumer experiences that are built by brands out to the consumers. Ensuring the experiences are built through enterprise scaled solutions and to have a set of capabilities that will answer to the consumer experience in a configurable (over customisation) method.
A product solution can be developed that is scalable, reusable across any CX initiative that involves engaging consumers across different touchpoints, and that this solution will enable markets to implement CX with great pace, low cost and with enhanced ability for data capture & personalisation
The candidate would be dynamic and strong communication individual with experience in multiple customer experience platforms available in market like Salesforce CRM, Adobe Experience Manager, Google, Sprinklr and Microsoft etc.
