You will have the confidence and the capability to step straight into a specialist consultancy role within one of MHC's Practice areas to provide effective and efficient solutions that support our Clients' business requirements, while working constructively with senior MHC and Client managers and other staff.
MHC are hiring a Data Architect with Operations Resilience experience to join us on a PAYE basis and work on a project we are delivering for a Tier 1 Bank.
Remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data architecture solutions that support operational resilience objectives.
Define data architecture standards, principles, and guidelines to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data architecture solutions align with business needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
Design and implement data management processes to ensure data security, privacy, and availability.
Create data models, data flow diagrams, and other technical documentation to facilitate communication and understanding of data architecture solutions.
Conduct data architecture reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and operational resilience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Architect or a similar role in operational resilience.
Expertise in data modelling, database design, and data management principles.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data architecture and operational resilience, such as BCBS 239, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and ISO 22301.
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
