Job Summary:
- Review and administer all Contract Documents of the department Contracts.
- Advise the company on any contracting issues.
- FIDIC Contractual administration
- Analyze Claims.
- Change Control.
- Tender Management
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinates with the Project Management Consultant (PMC) to prepare the Pre-qualification and Tender Documents for the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC), Construction Contractor and any other contracts.
- Review and analyze the clarification request that may arise during the bidding time.
- Incorporates comments, changes, and additions into bid documents.
- Coordinates and facilitates receipt of bids and proposals.
- Evaluate bids and proposals for Technical and Financial compliance.
- Participates in contract negotiations.
- Review and analyze all contracts change requests.
- Monitor the contracts and inform the company for any cost changes.
- Administer ongoing contracts.
- Administer and Review all Contractor’s/Consultants claims
- Performs any other roles and responsibilities assigned as required.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or in Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a large construction project setting of which 5 years of experience in contracting or change management.
- PMP and Higher degree of qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge in W.B and FIDIC Standards.
- Preferred to have knowledge in the Saudi procurement law.
