I'm currently recruiting for an interim Medical Staffing Manager to join an Acute Trust in a desirable location in London. The main focus of the position will be to manage and advise line managers on Medical HR and employee relations cases including sickness absence, disciplinary matters, grievances and performance management. Your focus will also be to manage a team on the operational areas of medical personnel for the Trust.Key Skills:
- Must have Medical Staffing experience within an Acute Trust environment
- Knowledge of good Medical HR, terms and conditions and policies and procedures
- Experience of advising managers in ER cases this including sickness, absence, disciplinary matters, grievances and performance management
- Experience of developing policies
- Experience of training, leading and managing a team
This role is to start as soon as possible for 3-6 months.
