I'm currently recruiting for an interim Medical Staffing and Recruitment advisor to join an Acute Trust in Greater London. You will be focusing in providing specialist advice on all Medical Staffing issues and ensure the Trust meets its responsibilities in the employment and rotation of all medical training grade staff. As well as managing the day to day work of the department the main focus will be around Medical Recruitment.Key Skills:
- Must have worked in Medical Staffing within an Acute Trust environment
- Strong understanding of Medical HR including Medical terms and conditions, Medical policies and procedures, Medical Contracts, recruitment, junior doctors rotas and job planning
- Experience with all functions of Medical Recruitment including advising managers on appropriate recruitment strategies
This contract is for 3 months paying a competitive day rate.
