Continuing Healthcare Project Manager

My client, a CCG based in Greater London, is looking for a Project Manager to work on a Continuing Healthcare - CHC.

You will be required to manage the process to improve the CCG's control of packages of care commissioned for patients eligible for Continuing Healthcare.
