IT Business Analyst- Manchester- Salary- Genuinely Dependent on ExperienceA nationally-recognised brand based in Central Manchester is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team during a transformative period.
This role will see you working to the company's adhered processes with a focus on change management and solution assessment. This should be done by liaising with the technical team to ensure the solution meets the requirements, and further to this, you will be required to verify the requirements against industry standards and communicate any issues to the relevant people.
You will need to be able to pick things up quickly and there is some small elements of project management. Ideally, you will come from a Retail/Digital/Marketing background and have good understanding of the requirements gathering element of the role.
Key Skills Required:
? Exceptional BA skills with BA Training and/or equivalent experience (BSC, IIBA, degree etc.) across the full project life cycle within an IT environment
? Project management qualification
* Self-motivated and able to engage and influence peers.
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying degree and intensify while under time constraints
* Solid Business Communication and influencing skills (written, verbal and presentation) required demonstrating the ability to liaise with users at all levels of the business both technical and non technical.
