Project Details: My NHS client based in the North East and will be looking for a Patient Experience Manager to work on an initial 3 month contract.
As the Patient Safety Manager you will be a expert source of knowledge and provide leadership around the Serious Incident process and Root Cause analysis of all SUI's.
The Patient Safety Manager will head up Patient Safety projects in line with the NHS Commissioning Board Priorities.
You will also be expected to work with some of the Trusts partner organisations such as the local Trust, NHS England Area Teams and Social Services around Serious Incidents and investigations.
Another key aspect the Patient Safety Manager will be to monitor the organisations compliance with the Commissioned services.
This role is a great chance for you to show your skills around management as well as putting Patient Safety first.
