Description:
* Expert knowledge of SAP CRM Service, in particular with the set-up of a Service Desk
* Expert knowledge of the following CRM objects:
* Case
* Service Order/sales order
* Service agreements and service contracts
* Products
* Quotations
* Knowledge of SAP Business Workplace
* Knowledge of SAP SD and MM for integration purposes and best Practices
* Excellent analysis skills required
* Open minded and out-of-the box thinker
* Punctual and able to work independently for several days (2-3)
* Pro-active and open attitude
* Knowledge of market processes: retail, service management, facility management
* Knowledge of SAP ISU and the corresponding CRM CIC for utilities is a plus
