The Client
Our client a leading charity are looking to realise their growth ambitions by generating income from the NHS through commissioned services. As a result of this they are looking to employ an interim to help them develop a sustainable business model from scratch.
The Interim Assignment
The main responsibilities of the role will be to engage with NHS commissioners to understand how the charities services deliver their priorities, engage with the clinical team to understand the services, identify required outcome measures and then subsequently develop a commissioning model, a pricing model and a contract management system. They will also be expected to contribute to the recruitment of an experienced permanent business development manager.
The Interim Manager
Applicants will have previous experience of introducing a new business development function with a strong preference to applicants from the NHS or those that have a had a direct dealing with NHS commissioners. Applicants must demonstrable experience of introducing a workable commissioning and pricing model that secures contracts and generates income.
