Contract Manager - London - 3 months

My client, a large Trust located in London, are looking for a Head of Contracts for a initial 3 months assignment with the potential to extend.

Role: Interim Contract Manager

Location: London

Rate: £400 - £450 however negotiable depending on experience

Start date: ASAP

This role will entail:

-The day to day duties of the Contracts Manager will be:

* Supporting the Head of in order to achieve results against the commissioning intentions

* Manage and monitor the Trust's contracted activity and financial performance for the commissioners

* Work closely with the Finance team to ensure the financial aspect of the contract performance are integrated

* Act as a key stakeholder in discussions with the CCGs

* Following up on query notices

* Holding providers accountable when there are issues with the contracts

Requirements of the Contracts Manager:

* contracts management experience at Band 8a or essential Trust experience is essential
* Background in negotiating high value NHS Contracts
* Proven ability to lead & chair meeting with high level board members & stakeholders
* Persuasive nature
* Stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience of making a significant contribution to an contracts function
