Description
My client, an NHS organisation based in central London are recruiting for a Patient Safety and SI Manager for a period of 3 months.In this role your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following;
- Management of serious incidents
- Analysis of Serious Incident final reports
- Identifying trends and areas of concern within patient safety
- Ensuring that trends and concerns are raised with the wider quality team
To be considered for this role you must have extensive/specialist knowledge of Patient Safety arrangements and DATIX.
Ideally you will have a clinical background though my client is willing to consider candidates without.
