Description
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager on a contract basis for our client, a leading financial services organisation.
In order to be considered for the role you must have the following experience;
- A solid demonstrable background in Operations Management roles within Financial Services
- One or both of the following;
- Demonstrable experience of managing a Remediation function
- Demonstrable experience of managing Mortgage Arrears operation
- CEMAP or equivalent
- Knowledge of the FCA and relevant regulatory processes and procedures
- Previous line management and Matrix management experience - this will be a very hands on management role where they need people to drive performance and standards
