Senior Project Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Lead, plan, manage and direct project teams according to project management standards
- Work with Service Managers, Key Account Managers and IM Project Managers as required to define requirements and cost benefit analysis as well as manage the project scope
- Ensure projects timely and qualitative delivery on budget
- Prepare and maintain project plans (activities, schedules) and provide regular project status reports
- Track project progress with respect to schedule, budget and demonstrated project benefits
- Drive and deliver project outcomes and transition them to operations
- Manage stakeholder expectations and project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID)
- Communicate with stakeholders, management and project team as defined in the project communication plan
- Take care of external suppliers and contractors as required
- Organize and supervise the appropriate involvement of project resources
Your qualifications
- Profound working experience as Information Technology Project Manager using structured project management processes
- Good knowledge of various SDLCs (Waterfall, Agile, iterative, prototyping, etc.) as well as deep understanding of technology infrastructures (JAVA, Tableau)
- Proven competency in planning, tracking and delivering projects on time and budget according to clearly defined critical paths
- Conduct proactive critical path & risk management for the project and take appropriate mitigation strategies
- Proven ability to obtain results in a global, matrix environment and experience managing offshore contract resources
- Ability to see the interrelationship of a project across "the big picture" and understand its dependency on other projects in the program as required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation abilities
- Demonstrated success communicating across a variety of audiences
- Expertise in Business Analysis and Organizational Change Management (OCM) as well as PMP Certificate are a must
- Fluency in English is neccessary, any other language is a plus
