Our major banking client requires a Campaign Manager to join their growing team on an initial 6 month contract based in Coventry.
Responsibilities
Campaign Manager working on Regulatory and Strategic Operational communications to customers.
Covering a wide-spread number of products and a number of channels.
A technical and complex campaign process managing business areas/stakeholders.
Your role is to be a campaign manager delivery regulatory and strategic operational comms to customers.
A wide range of products are in-scope and the comms are to inform of regulatory, terms and conditions or product changes.
You will oversee the end-to-end process working with key business contacts & stakeholders including legal, compliance and data teams.
Our client deliver exceptional comms through a robust complex process which you will be in control of over the full end-to-end process.
Skills & Knowledge
Campaign knowledge and experience and/or project management experience in a fast moving environment is a must.
The ability to prioritise and self-lead within strong governance and controls will put you in good footing for this highly rewarding role, driving large change to the business and for our customers.
