MI Analyst - Retail/Financial Services
Our financial client based in Manchester city centre is looking to recruit an experienced MI Analyst to work on a Contact Centre Transformation Programme. The Successful MI Analyst will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Data Analyst and ideally come from a Retail Financial Services background.
Responsibilities include:
Liaising with project and business SMEs to identify MI requirements to assist in informing business decisions.
Investigating and interrogating potential sources of required MI.
Defining and delivering reporting output to meet standard and ad-hoc reporting requests.
