Our client is an insurance company who are looking for an interim commercial director to assist over the next six months.
The Interim Assignment
You will be involved with the following
- Managing strategic partnerships and relationships with clients
- Keeping the existing relationships while looking at new opportunities
- Looking at cross selling opportunities
- Working in a leadership capacity
- Managing a team of people
The Interim Manager
You will have the following
- Experience managing a team of people from a business development/account management background
- Worked in a similar role in the past
- Can demonstrate strong relationship building skills
- Have a high level of customer focus
