Job Title : NHS Operations ManagerContract : 3 Months

Rate : £375 - £425

Project: My client has an urgent need to bring in an interim operational manager to take responsibility for 2 out of hours walk in centres. This position also has managerial responsibility of Operational Team Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager/s.
You will have a good understanding of urgent care, paitent flow and the specific challenges faced at the front end to reduce admissions to A+E. As well as a good level of operational experience and be able to hit the ground running to get the service running as smooth and efficiently as possible to provide the best level of care possible.
