Facility & Property ManagerWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Facility & Property Manager to join their business in Greater Dusseldorf Area.

Requirements
- Implement and create facility management practices including preventative maintenance
- Conduct regular facility inspections - ensure compliance to health & safety standards (EHS)
- Allocate and manage facility space for maximum usage/efficiency
- Coordinate intra-office moves
- Plan and manage facility central services - reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, parking
- Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and supplies
- Coordinate and monitor all vendor and contractor relationships
- Ensure delivery schedules, quantity, and criteria are met
- Advise on cost reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- 6+ years of facility management in Germany
- Preferred from a large multi-national organization, i.e. HTC or Cannon
- Strong project management experience
- Working knowledge of procurement and negotiation of external contracts
- Experience in managing quality and/or environmental management systems
- Fluent German and English language
- Proficient Microsoft office skills
