MY client who are a leading name in the Energy and Utility sector are currently looking for a Risk Engineer to join them.
Role:
Job Purpose
1. To provide an efficient and effective risk management service to project and programme teams
2. Ensure that risk management on projects and programmes comply with the requirements of the Risk Management process
3. Facilitate the identification and analysis of risks on projects within the project life cycle
4. Undertake qualitative and quantitative risk assessment workshops (cost and schedule), producing outputs in order for project teams to make informed decisions on the management of project and programme risk
5. Ensure that projects have a risk register, the risks are up to date, that they are regularly reviewed and that appropriate mitigation action plans are put in place and acted upon
6. Provide regular reports to project teams on the risk status of their projects
Experience:
1.Construction/Engineering Industry background
2.Cost/Schedule Modelling Experience
3.Monte Carlo Simulations experience
4.Workshop facilitation experience - explaining Risks to non-specialists
5.Risk Management System knowledge (as this is used to build risk registers)
