Looking for an immediate hire Trainer/Instructional Designer to do a 12 month + contract.
Required Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in learning or development
- 5 years in training delivery experience of courses to meet the training needs of major department within a Line of Business
- Experience with training in Salesforce to include creating the delivery strategy
- providing one-on-one customized/tailored coaching of process, procedure and technical training
- ADDIE methodology, adult learning
- Must be open to travelling to different parts of the nation to train various different groups
